The Kind Of Preaching We Need!

The great need of the hour is preaching preachers! We all need straightforward, say it like it is, hard, Biblical, step on your toes, Spirit-filled, preaching! It is tragic that few pastors preach anymore. I'm so sick of expository sermonettes that are dry, dead and lame. My friend, we need Holy Spirit-filled PREACHING!!!

I've been listening to several sermons this week by Pastor Steve Anderson from the Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. Although I totally disagree with Brother Anderson's denial of a Pretribulation Rapture, I greatly admire his Christian testimony and uncompromising preaching of the truth. I agree with Dr. Jack Hyles, who said I'd rather see a guy with wild fire than no fire! Thus, I highly recommend watching Brother Anderson's preaching videos. Here's an excellent Wednesday night sermon that I heard him preach today. And here's a needful sermon by Pastor Anderson titled, “The Truth About The Sodomites!”

Pastor Anderson has been criticized on USA Today and other mainstream news networks for preaching the truth about homosexuality. I stand 100% with Brother Anderson on the Word of God!!! The only warning I have to my web visitors is to watch out for Anderson's heresy about the PreWrath Rapture. The Bible plainly teaches in Mark 13:32-37 that Christ's return will be imminent, sudden and unpredictable! The Bible teaches a Pretribulation Rapture.
Heresy is creeping into our fundamental churches by the hour. Particularly, the heresy that repentance requires a changed life to be saved. We need hard preaching, even little children. Babies should hear preaching in the nursery at church. I believe that preaching should be a part of every child's daily life. Get them in the habit of listening to the man of God preach the Word of God. I'm not talking about some sissy-britches minister who can't preach his way out of a paperbag; but rather, a real preacher. Do you know what makes a real preacher? It's not the talent to deliver a great oratory speech. It's not the know-how to sway the crowd with his words. It's his passion to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help him God!!!
I AM JUST A VOICE!
(We need voices to take the FAITH of our fathers to this generation and say, “This is what they said!” This world needs VOICES; not talent, not dynamics, not pretty-boys, but VOICES!!!)A real preacher is consumed with proclaiming the truth, especially the truth of God's Word. Politics has no place in the church pulpit. Censorship has no place in the church pulpit. Political correctness has no place in the church pulpit. A pastor ought to be a man of God who says it like it is. Some pastors think they are wise because they trim their message, cater to the audience, avoid controversial subjects, succeed at not offending listeners and beat-around-the-bush. They are shameful in God's eyes and ought to be fired!!! Revelation 3:15-16 warns that lukewarm believers make God vomit. God wants us hot or cold, not ecumenical. It's time for preachers to stop hobnobbing (rubbing shoulders) with the reprobate religious world.
The great need of the hour is Spirit-filled, King James Bible using, PREACHING PREACHERS! I don't understand the lack of passion in Christian men's souls to preach the truth to as many people as they can.

Study to Shew Thy Self Approved UNTO GOD
When a preacher pours his heart into proclaiming a subject that he doesn't understand, and he gets it all wrong, it sends a loud message to his listeners that he lacks knowledge and discernment. A preacher's message is ineffective if he's wrong. It could be likened to a sincere preacher who naively thinks Martin Luther King Jr. is still alive today. So he preaches an entire sermon on why Martin Luther King Jr. should become an astronaut and go to the moon. But Mr. Luther died in 1968, assassinated. He cannot go to the moon. My point is that it would be a ridiculous sermon and a big waste of everyone's time. Preachers need to stick to what they know, or at least be scholarly enough to admit when they are speculating.
I've heard some foolish preachers say that a man should not enter into the ministry unless he absolutely knows that God has called him to do so, otherwise God's power won't be upon him. That is ridiculous! You got as much of the Holy Spirit that you're ever going to get the moment you were saved. The Holy Spirit moved in to indwell (live within) your body, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). The Holy Spirit is God with us.

However, I will caution every man that you should not preach unless you have STUDIED and have shewed yourself approved unto God. 2nd Timothy 2:15, “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” Knowledge is power! The word divide means to dissect. The wise Bible student carefully dissects the Word of God, comparing Scripture-with-Scripture, seeing what works and what doesn't. If the suggested interpretation for any particular Bible verse (or passage) doesn't agree with the rest of the Bible, then you have the wrong interpretation. When all of the Bible agrees with your suggested interpretation of a particular Bible verse, then you have the correct meaning.

I learned two important truths a long time ago:That's good advice which I use all the time while working on my website ministry (which is the Lord's ministry). I try to source everything and give you some meat to sink your teeth into.
- If you don't know what you're talking about, keep your mouth shut!
- If you do open your mouth, you had better be able to back up what you are saying.
Preaches should be on the cutting edge of information, aware of the facts, which is one of the purposes of my website ministry, to wake preachers up and inform them. That's why I link to awesome news sources like Dr. Ron Paul, Dr. Phyllis Schlafly and Information Clearing House. I highly recommend Alex Jones' video documentaries (see: ENDGAME, the best crash course on the New World Order). You don't have to remain ignorant. If you want the truth, it is available and my website ministry is freely here for YOU, to help point you in the right directions.
The most important requirement to be a preacher is to know what you want to say. Do you have a matter burning in your heart that is bothering you? Is it abortion? Abortion should make every born-again Christian mad. If you're not upset, you're not paying attention. over 1.1 million children are still murdered each year in the United States by abortion. Is it sensual country music videos angering you, because the singers speak of God, country and family, while promoting smutty lewd videos that blaspheme God, desecrate country and destroy families? Preach against it! If you've got a venue, an opportunity to preach, use it.
If you do not have a venue, make one! You can turn over a milk crate and preach on any busy street corner. Expect to be heckled and have tomatoes throw at you. Some people may even hit or push you. Don't fight back unless your safety is at risk. Street preaching is not for everybody, but you can preach in almost any place. Kindly ask permission and many businesses will permit you to preach in their business to their employees. There are thousands of ideas to find ways and opportunities to preach to others. Start with the simple Gospel message and then if there is still interest, establish weekly times. This is how churches are started.

I'm so sick of lame preachers who are woefully ignorant that the 911 attacks were an inside job. Do your homework! There's nothing more repulsive than to hear some country preacher fifteen years after the 911 attacks still talking about Muslims flying two planes into the World Trade Center (WTC) towers as the cause of their implosion. THERE WERE BOMBS IN THE BUILDINGS!!! How do 2 planes bring down 3 buildings? Obviously, they can't. Furthermore, in the history of high-rise fires, some of which totally incinerated the towers, not one building has ever crumbled to the ground, let alone 3 in one day!!!
Thousands of architects, engineers and experts have testified that it is IMPOSSIBLE for jet fuel to bring an entire skyscraper to the ground. Those WTC buildings imploded to the ground in less than 15 seconds. WTC 7 a block north was never struck by a plane and imploded to the ground in less than 7 seconds! When a preacher believes the bogus official story of 911, it makes him look woefully ignorant and discredits him in the eyes of those who are more knowledgeable about the truth than he is. No one should be more aware of the truth than the preacher!!!
There's a Call to Leadership, But Not to PreachAny man can preach! My advice to every man who desires to preach is to preach!!! Any layman who is a born-again Christian is allowed to preach for the Lord. If you don't feel comfortable preaching audibly (speaking), then type out your sermons and publish them online. Practice preaching in front of a mirror. I heard about a man who preached to his dog in the woods. I like that. Anybody can preach if you have something to say and are passionate about it.

The internet is neither good nor evil. It depends on how it is used. Unfortunately, there are many false teachers on the internet. Many of those false teachers accuse others of being wrong, so it confuses everyone, as you can imagine. Who is right? Who is wrong? The Word of God is our only authority. If you are born-again you have the benefit of God's Holy Spirit indwelling (living inside) you, Who has promised to guide us into all truth. John 16:13, “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.” The King James Bible and the indwelling Holy Spirit are all you need to know the truth. Beware of modern Hebrew and Greek study aids.There's nothing more sickening than a DEAD CHURCH! Brother, I have little patience with a dead pulpit. Let me out of here!!! If your church has a problem with people sleeping during the sermon, WAKE UP THE PREACHER!!!
