The Bible Foretold Of Sinful Final Days

By David J. Stewart | July 2014

2nd Timothy 2:1, “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

The Bible is God's precious gift to mankind. Grace is all that God gives us which we don't deserve. Mercy is all that God doesn't give us which we do deserve. It is only by God's grace that we still enjoy the blessings of life; and it is only by God's mercy that the ground doesn't open beneath us and swallow the world into Hell.

America Is So Messed Up Morally, Straights Are Divorcing Twice The Rate As Same-Sex Couples. It was reported in the news recently: Bodies Of Aborted Babies Burned To Power Homes In Oregon (15,500 humans burned as fuel). Americans have become so woefully ignorant and wicked that they're now signing petitions to infanticide children up to 3-years-old. These sure sound like the “last days” to me ...

2nd Timothy 3:1-7, “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.”

I often think about this passage of Scripture when I hear shocking news reports, about the evil things that wicked people do. We're insane because of sin! I'm going to give you the Greek meaning of each of these prophetic words describing the final days of the world. I hope this will be as much of a spiritual benefit to you as it continues to be for me. We are truly now enduring the difficult (perilous) end times as foretold in 2nd Timothy 3:1-5)...

Oh how America needs preaching and praying preachers! Preaching
without prayer is dead, and prayer without preaching is shallow Christianity!!!

Acts 5:42, “And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.”
