The Tyranny of Judges
Thomas Jefferson’s worst nightmare seems to have come to pass. Jefferson was very concerned that judges would become despots and overrule the rights of the people. In 1820, he wrote to a friend,
“You seem to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions, a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. Our judges are as honest as other men, and not more so.”
Jefferson realized that the Constitution protects the will of the people, not the opinions of judges. But instead of protecting the people’s vote on Proposition 8, Judge Walker used his judicial office to promote the agenda of a small minority who want to change the definition of marriage.
The definition of marriage, instituted by God and practiced by every culture since the creation of man, is under attack in America today. There is no discrimination against homosexuals in America with regard to marriage, no unequal treatment. Homosexuals are equally as free to marry as any other American. Their problem is that the definition of marriage itself requires every person to marry someone of the opposite sex. The fact that homosexuals don’t want to enter into marriage as it has always been defined doesn’t give them the right to use the courts to change that definition to suit their wishes. Changing the definition of marriage, as Judge Walker has done, undermines the most important building block of any society.
Judge Walker described the “ability to marry” as a fundamental right that cannot be denied to gays and lesbians. But this conclusion is complete and utter nonsense. Every society in history has placed restrictions on the “ability to marry.” You can’t marry your sister. You can’t legally be married to two or three people at the same time. You can’t marry someone who is already married. And you can’t marry someone of the same sex. Marriage by definition involves two people of opposite sexes who are—theoretically, at least—biologically capable of reproducing and forming families.

America is under satanic attack! Quietly but progressive and assuredly,
same-sex marriage is being legalized in our nation. This week Illinois
became the nation's 16th state to legalize homosexual marriages. The battle
is so intense that wicked judges are attacking anyone who dares to publish
findings showing the adverse effects of same-sex parenting. I'll get back to

Illinois Legalizes Same-Sex Marriage, Legal Battles Loom in 10 More States

In the latest of nationally sweeping pro-LGBTQ legislation, Illinois governor Pat Quinn signed marriage equality into law today at University of Illinois-Chicago, making his state the 16th to legalize same-sex marriage.
“Marriage equality is coming to Illinois,” Quinn said in a Nov. 7 press release. “I look forward to signing this landmark legislation on November 20 and celebrating a big step forward with the people of Illinois.”
Illinois was nearly the 15th state to pass the law, but Hawaii’s own bill passed its Senate on Nov. 12, and Gov. Neil Abercrombie signed it into law later that day.
“The legalization of marriage for same-sex couples is part of the long history of civil rights movements in the United States,” Abercrombie said in a Nov. 13 press release. “Many people have worked tireless [sic] to make this day possible. This significant piece of legislation is a clear example of people exercising courage, determination and patient perseverance.”
President Obama also expressed support of his home state, Illinois, when the legislation was voted on, in a press release earlier this month. “As I said in my Inaugural Address last January, our journey as a nation is not complete until our gay brothers and sisters are treated like anyone else under the law, for if we are truly created equal, then surely the love we commit to one another must be equal as well,” Obama said.
Illinois and Hawaii join a growing wave of legislation and litigation in favor of same-sex couples following the Supreme Court’s decision in July to strike down a key provision of the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act.
Just this year, four other states—Delaware, Minnesota, Rhode Island and New Jersey—have also begun allowing same-sex marriage ceremonies to be performed.
“Since the beginning of the LGBT rights movement in its nascent days of the 1950s to the Stonewall rebellion of 1969, we have never come this far this fast,” said Fred Sainz, vice president of communications and marketing for the Human Rights Campaign, in an e-mail to supporters Monday.
“LGBT equality advanced more in 2013 that in any other year and at a pace never before seen,” he said.
And mounting legal battles could soon force other states to follow suit. On Friday, the same day Hawaii passed its bill, four same-sex couples in Idaho filed charges against the state to be equally recognized under the law.
Here are just some of the states facing legal battles from issues related to same-sex couples:
ARKANSAS: Eleven same-sex couples filed a lawsuit in July to overturn the state’s ban on same-sex civil marriages. The couples are also demanding equal parental rights and recognition of same-sex marriages from other states. Following the preceding article, ABC News provides a few cases nationwide where same-sex couples are filing lawsuits and the debate is becoming heated over gays adopting children, et cetera. Homosexuals are getting angry. They want their so-called “rights” to live immoral in rebellion against God, and they aren't backing down!!! FLORIDA: On Nov. 7, a Florida state judge ruled that records from Professor Mark Regnerus’ “New Family Structures Study” must be disclosed to reveal how the study was published immediately without peer review. Regnerus’ findings suggested that children raised by same-sex parents faced a disadvantage of opportunities compared with those raised by mixed-gendered parents.

Homosexuals cannot handle the truth. I heard Dr. Regnerus myself in an interview. He made some great points. Dr. Regnerus contends that since a child is the biological product of a male/female union, that is, a marriage between one man and one woman, then that is incontrovertibly the best natural environment for that child to be raised in. It's common sense folks. God created the marriage as the basis of a family.
Dr. Regnerus also points out that same-sex marriages are adult-centered, rather than child-centered as God intended. He asserts that since the adult-centered relationship (shacking up) has been popularized in America over the past few decades; consequently, it was just a matter of time before same-sex unions were introduced. America's sexually immoral “hook-up culture” is sinful and has created the abortion industry that destroys millions of unwanted precious children's lives each year. Biblically, God created male and female with the emphasis being upon conceiving a biological child within that marriage commitment. In other words, the child is the object and expression of the mutual love between the father and mother. Children are a gift from the Lord, entrusted to parents to raise them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4).
Children belong to God, for He is their Maker. Ezekiel 16:21, “That thou hast slain my children, and delivered them to cause them to pass through the fire for them?” It is evil to place innocent children into the hands of sex-perverts. All homosexuals are sex-perverts. Homosexuality is a perversion of nature. It is against nature as Romans 1:26 teaches. It is natural for a boy and a girl to become attracted to each other. Just like innocent Capitalism (which utterly fails in the rigged U.S. financial system), so also does the innocence of youthful courtship become perverted, unnatural and creepy when influenced by homosexual infiltrators preying upon our children. Public school kids are being taught to become homosexuals. Gays and lesbians are one of the most influential, best-connected, best-funded, and best-organized interest groups in modern politics, and have attained more legislative victories, political power, and popular favor in less time than virtually any other group in American history. Scary huh? Just remember that God is still upon His throne and the wicked have already been defeated, they just don't know it yet. Everyone must return to the dust of the earth, and THEN THE JUDGMENT (Hebrews 9:27).
Perverts like Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber and Katy Perry are pushing today's youth into the homosexual lifestyle. ABC's lesbian “modern family” and Walt Disney's teen programming are all pushing the homosexual agenda. God only knows the persecution and prosecution around the corner for God-fearing, faithful, sin-hating, Christ-honoring, believers in the United States. YOU ARE THE ENEMY CHRISTIANS! Most believers are eerily silent right now, because the homosexuals aren't fighting against us yet. You just wait! Once they gain solid control, you're going to see persecution of God-fearing Christians like never before in our nation.
Senator Hillary Clinton is a lesbian and likely headed for The White House. All Skull & Bones occult members have committed acts of homosexuality, which is part of their initiation. Presidents Reagan, Bush Sr. and Bush Jr. are all known homosexuals and pedophiles. Hollywood is ground zero for homosexuals. Called a “gay Mecca,” Palm Springs, California is 50% homosexual!!! Sadly, the homosexual tourist destination in the world is Tel Aviv, Israel (yes, you heard it right)! No wonder God calls Jerusalem “Sodom” and “Egypt.” Revelation 11:8, “And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.” Homosexuality is a sin. America is a loony bin. While Christian parents are taken to court and charged as being negligent for not allowing their precious children to become guinea-pigs for Big Pharma, the same sicko court system places innocent children into the hands of same-sex homosexual deviates as parents. Many judges are lesbians, sex-perverts and psychos. Society honors such evil people, but God's curse is upon them all. Judgment is coming!
The insanity is only beginning. Truly, to place an adopted child into the hands of two homosexuals is about as psychotic and disturbing a thing as one can imagine. It is psychotic, totally insane, to murder a child in the womb. It is unthinkable!!! Our problem in America is that we stopped valuing life a long time ago. Our nation's leaders dare to speak of the dignity of human life. America has the blood of 1,455,000 Iraqi's on our hands. We have the blood of 54,000,000 babies in the womb on our hands.

IDAHO: The same day Hawaii passed its bill through its House, four same-sex couples in Idaho filed charges against the state to be equally recognized under the law.
INDIANA: Pressure to pass HJR6, a ban on same-sex marriage, mounts in the Hoosier state as the Indiana legislature starts its new official year this week. However, Freedom Indiana, the campaign to stop the bill, as well as universities such as Ball State and Indiana University have already publicly expressed strong dissent that legislators may be unable to overcome.
KENTUCKY: The state of Kentucky filed charges against a same-sex couple on July 30 in an attempt to force Geneva Case to testify against her partner, Bobbie Jo Clary, in Clary’s murder trial. Case and Clary have been legally married under Vermont law since 2009. But the state of Kentucky does not recognize their union and therefore claims that Case is not included in the law that protects spouses from having to testify against each other.
MISSISSIPPI: Lauren Beth Czekala-Chatham and Dana Ann Melcon filed a lawsuit in September to have their California marriage recognized and then to be granted a Mississippi divorce involving alimony, custody claims and inheritance divisions.
NEBRASKA: ACLU Nebraska sued the state in August to challenge its law that prohibits gays or lesbians from serving as foster parents.
NORTH CAROLINA: In June 2012, the ACLU filed charges against several state judges to have the adoption rights of six same-sex couples and their children recognized. A year later, they amended the lawsuit to include a demand for lawful marriage as well.
PENNSYLVANIA: In September, 21 same-sex couples in Pennsylvania sued Gov. Tom Corbett on the grounds that the state’s same-sex civil marriage ban violated the state and federal constitutions.

Any child knows that God created Adam and Eve; NOT, Adam and Steve! The very notion of two homosexuals getting married is repulsive and disgusting. In Romans 1:26 God calls homosexual "love"... vile affections, i.e., morally reprehensible affections. God's Word condemns homosexuality, which is why Sodomites today are relentlessly trying to corrupt the Bible. Romans 1:25 told us they'd do this, "Who changed the truth of God into a lie..."
Gay marriage is NO marriage at all in the eyes of God. Mark 10:9 plainly states that marriages are made in Heaven... "What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder." God will not honor a sinful marriage between two lesbians or homosexuals. The entire idea of same-sex-unions (i.e., gay marriage) is foolish, absurd, and most of all, unbiblical. We are a spiritually destitute people in America!
One of the best secular arguments against homosexual marriages is the fact that a child NEEDS both a male and female role image in their developmental stage. For a child to grow up healthy and normal, BOTH male and female parental roles are required. A child who grows up with two lesbian parents, will grow up warped and confused, having been denied the privilege of a NORMAL home. Homosexuality is NOT an alternative lifestyle; but rather, a sinful lifestyle. It's not "a new kind of family" as the TV networks propagate; but is in reality a sinful kind of family. Homosexuality is a horrible sin, which brought the destruction of God upon the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. Although some people have pointed out to me that God destroyed Sodom for other sins besides homosexuality (Ezekiel 16:49), Jude 1:7 plainly states that God destroyed Sodom for sexual sins, including that of going after "strange flesh" (a clear reference to the unnatural behavior of homosexuality).
Proverbs 24:24-25, “He that saith unto the wicked, Thou are righteous; him shall the people curse, nations shall abhor him: But to them that rebuke him shall be delight, and a good blessing shall come upon them.”
Furthermore, Genesis 19:1-9 gives us explicit details about an angry mob of homosexuals in Sodom, who were about to break down Lot's front door and rape the male guests (i.e., the angels). Genesis 19:4 reveals that Sodom was saturated with homosexuals... "But before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter." Sodom was known as a city of queers; hence the term, "sodomite." In addition, Romans Chapter one is a solid indictment against the sin of homosexuality. The fact that two homosexuals cannot produce natural children is evidence enough, that something is VERY WRONG AND UNNATURAL with being a homosexual.
Homosexuality is a sin, which has led to the CRAZY practice of artificial insemination. Please read, Gay Men and Lesbians Utilizing Infertility Clinics to Have Babies. Think about how immoral and crazy this is! Two lesbians get married, and then pay a complete stranger, a man, to donate his sperm to artificially inseminate one or both of the women in a medical clinic. So while the two lesbians are having lesbian sex, their babies are the result of artificial insemination by a man they'll probably never even meet. How crazy is that? Then there's the case of two homosexual men living together, who pay a woman to be artificially inseminated with one of their sperm cells, so they can be fathers? Folks, this stuff belongs on The Outer Limits! It just goes to show that when mankind disobeys God's Word, things get crazy.

Not long after he endorsed "Marriage Protection Week," President Bush sent a letter of congratulations to a denomination founded by homosexual activists that performs more than 6,000 same-sex "weddings" each year.The president wrote to the founding congregation in Los Angeles of the Metropolitan Community Churches, led by leading homosexual activist Rev. Troy D. Perry, on the occasion of its 35th anniversary.
"By encouraging the celebration of faith and sharing of God's love and boundless mercy, churches like yours put hope in people's hearts and a sense of purpose in their lives," Bush said in his Oct. 14 missive. "This milestone provides an opportunity to reflect on your years of service and to rejoice in God's faithfulness to your congregation."

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WTAQ) - The number of same-sex couples is way up in Wisconsin.
Statistics from the 2010 U.S. Census show more than 13,000 same-sex couples are currently living in the state.
Milwaukee County has about three thousand, while almost 700 were counted in Waukesha County.
The figures represent a growth of almost 58 percent. In the last census in 2000, Wisconsin recorded about 8,200 same-sex couples.
