I found a disturbing article today in the news, reporting that infamous Rock
AC/DC singer Brian Johnson, now 67 years old, is not afraid of dying. Mr.
Johnson states, “I’m just not afraid of
death. I don’t believe in anything, so therefore I’m not afraid what’s gonna
happen afterward.” Those are some very dangerous words my friend. I have
nothing personal against Mr. Johnson. He seems to be a friendly person with a lot
of friends. He certainly has a tremendous voice for the type of worldly music
that he sings. Kindly, Johnson says that he doesn't fear death, but he is a
fool not to fear God.
Hebrews 10:31, “It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.”
The Holy Bible teaches that there is a literal place called Hell, where all Christ-rejecters will be tormented in fire and brimstone forever. The Scriptures warn that Hell burns day and night, where there is no rest, and all whom worship and serve Satan will spend eternity. Revelation 14:11, “And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.” It makes me sad to think that Brian Johnson rejects Jesus Christ, and that he will spilt Hell wide open the moment that he passes into eternity. Just because Mr. Johnson doesn't believe in Hell doesn't mean that he is safe. Denying the reality of Hell doesn't make anybody exempt from the judgments of God.

As AC/DC prepare to launch their first-ever tour without co-founding member Malcolm Young, singer Brian Johnson admits that he’s thinking more about death these days. But that doesn’t mean he’s filled with dread. Quite the opposite, in fact.
“At this time of my life, I just keep reading the newspaper and saying ‘Oh, my God,’” Johnson recently told the Telegraph. “When I read about Joe Cocker, I went, ‘But that’s impossible. He cannot be dead. He’s only 70.’ I mean, I’m aware of the fact that I’m not long for the world but, I guess, I’m just not afraid of death. I don’t believe in anything, so therefore I’m not afraid what’s gonna happen afterward.”
Johnson said he’s also bolstered by the idea that AC/DC are moving forward with the blessings of Young, who retired from the band after a diagnosis of dementia.
“It’s just given us that impetus to just do it for him,” said Johnson. “Before the dementia really took hold of him he said, ‘Just get out and make music, lads — just for me one more time.’ I don’t want to be sentimental about this because I’m not a sentimental kind of guy. But that’s what we’re doing.”
Kindly, Johnson should be afraid... VERY AFRAID. Johnson doesn't fear death because he is woefully ignorant of God's Word, and the inescapable judgment and punishment in the Lake of Fire for all Christ-rejecters. It is obvious that Mr. Johnson has lived a life completely devoid of receiving the Words of God. If Johnson truly understood that he will spend all eternity burning in Hell, he would be horrified. I mean, it won't even be the beginning in Hell after all these years . . .

Do you know how to say the number I just gave you? It's a 1 with 44 zeros behind it. The number is called “one hundred tredecillion.”[1] Did you know that it would take over 2 years to count out loud to 7,000,000,000 (the number of people living upon the earth in 2011)! Hell is forever. That ought to scare you very much if you are not saved. Jesus plainly warned in John 3:3 that except a man be born again, he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God. The world is filled with religious people who've never been born-again. I'm talking about Catholic popes, Buddhist leaders, Mormon leaders, the apostate Church of England and fake evangelicals like Billy Graham!!! Famous evangelist Billy Graham has a corrupted view of what it means to be born-again, which departs greatly from the imputed righteousness of God in the Bible which requires simple childlike faith without works to be saved.
Hell is forever!!! This earth will be over in about 70-80 years, if not sooner. Rock singer Joe Cocker is dead at 70. All of the big name rock stars of the 1960, 1970 and 1980's are starting to die off one at a time, and they'll ALL be gone in the next 30-40 years (most sooner than that). Is it worth risking spending all eternity in the Lake of Fire?; when eternal life is a free gift, that anyone can have simply by placing your complete trust in the Son of God, Who bled and died on the cross to pay for your sins, and was raised up three days later as every believer's High Priest!
Please don't go to Hell. You don't have to become religious to go to Heaven. The issue is that you are a sinner, and so am I. We're all big sinners deserving of God's wrath in the fires of Hell. If you admit that you are a sinners, having seen yourself as a guilty sinner in the eyes of a holy God in Heaven, then you can be saved simply by believing the Gospel (Good News) of Christ crucified on the cross for your sins, Who died, was buried and risen the third day. Make that your hope for Heaven and you will be immediately indwelt by the Holy Spirit of God (hence, born-again). 1st Peter 1:23, “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.”
Now I'm going to baffle your brain (and this should horrify you if you are not saved in Christ Jesus). Do you know the numeric value of the number... “novemnonagintillion.” It is a 1 with 300 zeroes behind it!!! Here's what it looks like numerically . . .

That is scary!!! It is scary to realize that even after that many years in the Lake of Fire, it still won't even be the beginning, because there is no time in Hell. You couldn't even count aloud the previous number in 100 lifetimes! Do you know that to count just to one billion would take 31 years, 251 days, 7 hours, 46 minutes, and 40 seconds. In short, if you want to count to a billion, you'd better start now. So how long do you think it would take to count to one novemnonagintillion? If my calculations are correct, it would take you (3.168, + 292 zeros) years! To be more precise (assuming 70 years per human lifetime), it would take you (4.525,714,285, + 96 zeros) lifetimes to count to one novemnonagintillion!!!
My point is that life is short, Hell is hot, and eternity is a long time. Please don't go to Hell forever! The choice is solely yours to make. The Bible teaches in Matthew 7:13-14 that few people ever find the narrow gate unto life, which is by faith alone in the Lord Jesus Christ. You cannot get to Heaven by your own good works or religious devotion, contrary to what the world has been misled by Satan to believe. The Devil's greatest weapon is to con people into living the Christian life without ever being born-again. Religion is the worst thing that ever happened to this insane world. Religion wants to fit us with glasses, but the Lord wants to open our eyes. YE MUST BE BORN AGAIN!!!
Only a born-again Christian has their name written in the Lamb's Book of Life. There is no other way to Heaven than through the precious name of Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God. John 1:12-13, “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” Kindly, Brian Johnson is headed straight for eternal damnation in the Lake of Fire. It breaks my heart. Revelation 20:15, “And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” Jesus told men Whom to fear in Luke 12:5, “But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.” The Holy Bible teaches men to fear God, because God has the power to cast men into Hell fire.
The Bible has much more to say about Hell than Heaven. Jude 1:7, “Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.” Matthew 25:41, “Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels.” Hell is no laughing matter.
Death is separation of the soul and spirit from the body. Ecclesiastes 12:7, “Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.” The Bible also teaches that there is a “second death,” which is separation of body, soul and spirit from God for all eternity. Everyone who will one day be cast into the Lake of Fire will be given a body, one which can withstand extremely high temperatures and endure inexplicable pain and suffering without degenerating. Revelation 21:8 plainly teaches that “THE UNBELIEVING,” like AC/DC's Brian Johnson, will be cast into the Lake of fire and brimstone forever.
Here again is the disturbing quote from Mr. Johnson: “I’m just not afraid of death. I don’t believe in anything, so therefore I’m not afraid what’s gonna happen afterward.” Oh, that is so foolish! I promise you that Mr. Brian Johnson will believe in God, the Holy Bible, Hell and judgment the very second that he enters Christless into eternity, leaving his earthly body behind. The rich man in Luke 16:19-32 didn't care either about spiritual matters, until he woke up in the fires of Hell in torments. But by then it was too late. One day soon, if Brian Johnson doesn't repent of his unbelief and come to Jesus Christ as His personal Savior, he will find himself in the fires of Hell begging God for a second chance, for mercy, but it will be too late for him (Luke 16:31). No doubt he will blame the Devil for his spiritual blindness, the way of the sin-cursed world, his heathen religious upbringing, and everything else he can think of when he feels the singeing flames of a scorching literal Hell, but IT WILL BE TOO LATE.
My friend, the “HIGHWAY TO HELL” is real, it is real, it is real. The world mocks and jokes, laughing as they foolishly sing “I'm On A Highway To Hell,” and they truly are. Eternal life is a free gift by faith in Christ Jesus, please don't leave earth without Him!
It's ironic, interesting and even indicting, that Mr. Johnson has made tens-of-millions of dollars singing, “I'M ON A HIGHWAY TO HELL” throughout his career. Johnson has a net worth of $90,000,000.[1] For a man who claims that he doesn't believe in anything, he sure sings a lot about Hell, fire and damnation. AC/DC has performed literally thousands of Rock concerts since the 1970's, making the world a more horrible place to live with their poison to men's souls. In their heavy-metal music AC/DC glorifies the sins of prostitution, fornication, violence, alcoholism, blaspheming God, et cetera. Their lyrics are sexually suggestive, explicit and shameful, paying their dues to Satan in a Rock 'N' Roll band. Oh, what a tragedy! Life is short, Hell is hot, and eternity is forever!
