We Were All Created To Please God

by David J. Stewart | May 2016

Revelation 4:11, “Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.”

As our text verse from Revelation 4:11 teaches, we were all created by Jesus Christ. John 1:1-3, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.” Beware of the modern Bible revisions which change “BY HIM” to “THROUGH HIM,” which is heresy and a false translation. Jesus is the physical manifestation of the Godhead. 1st Timothy 3:16, “And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.” Amen!

We were all created with a purpose, and that purpose is tom please God. Hebrews 11:6, “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Ecclesiastes 12:13, “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.” We all came from God. Our purpose is to please God by obeying His Word. Our destination is either Heaven or Hell. Only those who believe the Gospel are going to Heaven.

God did not create us to eat, drink, be merry and enjoy life.
God did not create us to have fun.
God did not create us to do our own thing.
God did not create us to pursue a career and make money.
God did not create us to please ourselves.
God did not create us to please men.
God did not create us to start and raise a family.
God did not create us to get married.
God did not create us to have sex.
God did not create us to go to school and earn a degree.
God did not create us to become religious.
God did not create us to merely exist until we die.
God did not create us to analyze everything and become a critic.
God did not create us to do nothing.
God did not create us to do many wonderful works.
God did not create us to go to Hell.

God DID create us to PLEASE HIM!!!

We've read in Revelation 4:11 that we were CREATED TO PLEASE GOD.

We've read in Hebrews 11:6 that FAITH PLEASES GOD.

We cannot please God by walking in the lusts of the flesh and being carnally-minded:

Romans 8:8, “So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.”

It pleases God to save them that believe the preaching of the Gospel:

1st Corinthians 1:21, “For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.”

Faith pleases God. Prayer is faith. To continue praying when you don't see immediate answers to prayer requires greater faith, which pleases God that much more (Luke 18:1-18).

When you are unhappy, remember that you weren't created to be happy. You were created to make God happy! I enjoy knowing that God enjoys my fellowship with Him. Revelation 5:8, “And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.” You're never wasting your time when you pray. You'd be surprised how much praying you can do in 10 minutes. Prayer works! One way or another, prayer works!!! It pleases God when we pray. If you don't see any results, you just keep praying.

The Power Of God in Prayer

The Bible is a practical book. We are told in 1st Thessalonians 5:17, “Pray without ceasing.” God fully knows how our frail, forgetful and feeble human mind works. So God tells us to pray all the time, as things come across our mind.

My kitchen sink faucet has been dripping for about a year. It has become worse recently. It's just a small constant drip. Yet, I placed a plastic bowl underneath to see how much water came out in 15 minutes. Although it's just a small drip, it amounts to one quart every 15 minutes. That's just about 2 ounces per minute. That's amounts to 1 gallon per hour. That's 24 gallons each day. That's 175 gallons each week! That's 700 gallons each month! That's 8,400 wasted gallons of water in a year!!! Wow! Just a little constant flow of dripping tap water from my sink, adds up to 700 extra gallons of water added to my water bill per month. Yeah, big bucks! I believe this is why God tells us to “PRAY WITHOUT CEASING,” knowing the powerful resource of time. A little here, and a little there, can add up to an incredible amount of prayer over a given time period.

Perhaps you don't have much money to give to God's work, but you can give something that God wants the most, that is, YOUR TIME! Any businessman will tell you that time is money and money is time. When you go to work, you are getting paid for your time. I believe with all my heart that God pays a higher salary that the U.S. Government, which historically have paid considerably higher salaries (with much better benefits and job security) than civilian jobs. When you work for the Lord, the Bible teaches that you are laying up eternal rewards. 1st Corinthians 3:8, “Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.” Matthew 6:19-21, “Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.”

Prayer is labor! Colossians 4:12, “Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.” I love that Scripture! You may be locked behind bars in prison, but you can still labor for the Lord in prayer, laying up treasures in Heaven. Amen! Prayer is mental work! Prayer requires concentration and energy. In prayer, we are giving God our time! Time is money. The Bible teaches that prayer is as sweet-smelling perfume to God (Revelation 5:8), for which He rewards us for our labor. Prayer is faith, and faith pleases God. Anything that we do (or don't do) because of our FAITH in the inspired Words of God (aka, the King James Bible) is faith!!!

By Faith We Revenge All Disobedience Against God

By faith I don't drink booze. By faith I don't go to bars and nightclubs. By faith I work diligently on my ministry websites. By faith I pray. By faith I love my neighbour as myself. By faith I refrain from gossip. By faith I yield to the Holy Spirit, Who lives the Christian life through me (Galatians 2:20). By faith I revenge all disobedience. 2nd Corinthians 10:6, “And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.” Every Christian falls at times (Proverbs 24:16). We are all struggling sinners (Romans 7:14-25).

When we sin, we ought to feel a desire to revenge that disobedience by never committing that sin again with the Holy Spirit's help. We will never break free of committing sin completely, until we are rid of this ole flesh (Romans 7:24). When I fall and do wrong by choice, I get mad at myself and the Devil, determined not to let it happen again (Psalms 119:67, 71). No one accidentally sins. We all choose to do wrong. Anyone who denies being a sinner is a liar (1st John 1:8-10). Matthew 7:1-5 warns against judging other as being a worse sinner than yourself. Don't judge others because they sin differently than you do! You are a dirty, filthy, rotten, guilty, sinner just like everyone else!!! We are all sinners by nature and by choice.

God did not create us to be happy.
God did not create us to be satisfied.
God did not create us to be successful.
God did not create us to be wealthy.
God did not create us to be healthy.
God did not create us to be prosperous.
God did not create us to be popular.

God DID create us to PLEASE HIM!!!

Here are some things that please God:

It pleases God when we keep His commandments (John 14:15).
It pleases God when we stand for truth and what is right (Ephesians 6:13).
It pleases God when we contend for the Christian faith (Jude 1:3).
It pleases God when we refute all works of darkness (Ephesians 5:11).
It pleases God when we keep His words and bear much fruit (Luke 8:15).
It pleases God when we do good works, and so let our light shine before men that glorify God (Matthew 5:16).
It pleases God when we abide together in unity as believers and love one another (John 13:34).
It pleases God when we forgive each other (Ephesians 4:29-32).
It pleases God when we are apt (willing and ready) to teach, and are patient with others to learn (2nd Timothy 2:24).

These are all Scriptural commands in the Holy Bible.

Did you notice the balance? Although God does want us to love one another, we are also commanded to contend for the Christian faith. 2nd Corinthians 6:14-17 prohibits Christians from yoking together with unbelievers. Our Baptist churches today are divided right down the middle doctrinally. There can be no unity between Dr. John MacArthur's crowd, who deny that Jesus' liquid blood is sprinkled upon the heavenly Mercy Seat; and the faithful fundamentalist Christians who believe what the Bible teaches in Hebrews 9:12,24; 12:24, that Jesus' literal blood is applied to the heavenly Mercy Seat in the Holy Place. It is an important matter. Thus, a Christian is supposed to live at peace with others as much as possible, but not at the sacrifice of compromising Biblical doctrine, the integrity of the Gospel, and the doctrine of Christ. God is pleased by a balanced Christian, which requires wisdom.

It doesn't please God when there is love without truth. Nor does it please God when there is truth without love. There must be both virtues present. The diabolical New World Order (NWO) is destroying America today, yet the average preacher is woefully ignorant on the subject and refuses to research it, to his own demise. The churches are woefully ignorant, supportive of Satan's NWO because they've not been taught what it is, how to respond to it, and how it fits in with Biblical prophecy. To prove my point, if your church uses any of the modern Bible revisions, the NWO has already infiltrated your church and has contaminated your doctrines. There's a good chance that your church also teaches the heresy of Lordship Salvation, supports counterfeit Zionist Israel, teaches to confess sins to each other, and believes that Jesus' blood didn't need to be sprinkled upon the Mercy Seat in Heaven, and is a big fan of Pastor John MacArthur. I'm talking about the Bob Jones University camp. I'm talking about the Moody camp. I'm talking about the Southern Baptist Convention camp. I'm talking about the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary camp. Corruptible Bible revisions means corruptible doctrines.

When most people think about pleasing God—they think of love, prayer, giving, reading the Bible, forgiving and helping others. However, it is just as important, if you want to please God, to contend for the faith, and to expose false teachers, and to stand up against the evildoers, and to rise up against the workers of iniquity, and to defend the incorruptible Words of God, and to separate from apostate, ecumenical, evangelical, churches who don't care about preaching THE TRUTH!!!

We Please God Most as Believers, When We Care About What He Cares Most About

God Cares About the King James Bible

If you want to please God, then you must care about the things that He cares about. God cares about His Words. Psalms 138:2, “I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.” Whereas God magnifies His Word even above the supreme name of Jesus Christ; yet the average pastor and church congregation have lowered God's Word down to the level of hundreds of English perversions, one after another, all drastically different in words and meaning, which have created utter confusion in our American society. Many apostate Baptist churches have taken the thing of highest value to God (His Word), and have reduced it to a mere series of paraphrases.

I get sick every time I hear a Baptist pastor say that he's searching different Bible versions to prepare his sermon. That is evil, evil, evil! I wouldn't want to be in that bastard (he is illegitimate) pastor's shoes on Judgment Day. We've got too many rat bastards in the pulpit today! They should all be fired, and let someone else preach who believes that we have God's perfect, preserved, word-for-word inspired, holy, inerrant, infallible, Holy Bible today in the KING JAMES BIBLE!!!!!!!

All of our doctrinal problems in the churches today come from the use of hundreds of different English Bible revisions that are corrupted by Satan. They are all based upon the corrupted Alexandrian, Egypt, manuscripts. God is not pleased with the hundreds of English fake Bibles. Only a theological nut would disagree! So if you really want to fulfill your purpose for existence, by pleasing God, then why not stand up and fight to defend and proclaim God's pure, preserved and inspired words in the King James Bible!!!

No Christian will ever please God who doesn't honor the King James Bible, and who doesn't care about soul-winning. Very few Christians please God these days. God is not pleased with the lukewarm Christian who can't make up his mind, using multiple English Bible revisions. What a sad thing! What a crying shame! What satanic deception!!! I beseech you my friend, use only the King James Bible if you want to please God. Avoid Satan's Alexandrian based modern counterfeit revisions, which all attack Christ's deity, remove the Godhead, diminish the preeminence of Jesus Christ, pervert the meaning of repentance, and teach to superstitiously say “Jesus is Lord” to be saved, which are all of the Devil. Only the King James Bible can be trusted.

God Cares About Soul-winning

All across America, you'll see salt-n-pepper hair-tops in church (or bald heads). In other words, there's hardly any youth anymore. The next generation won't exist in churches, not unless we reach youth today with the Gospel. Luke 8:15, “But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.” The Bible tells us as believers to hear the Words of God, and to keep them, and be patience as we preach the Gospel. Only God giveth the increase (1st Corinthians 3:6-8). Only God's incorruptible Words can win a lost soul to Jesus Christ (1st Peter 1:23). God desires for all lost souls to be saved, and for no one to perish (2nd Peter 3:9). It pleases God through the foolishness of preaching the Gospel “TO SAVE THEM THAT BELIEVE” (1st Corinthians 1:21).

How can you please God with a false Gospel? The heresy of Lordship Salvation doesn't please God. The churches today are being deceived. I heard a Baptist preacher this week criticize Christians who are starting churches in their homes, but that is perfectly Biblical. In fact, the early Christians had church in their homes (Colossians 4:15; Philemon 1:2). A 501c3 state-licensed business is not a New Testament church. A building is not a church. A called-out assembly of born-again Christians is a church. Granted, a lot of what people call “churches” today are not Biblical churches.

People are frustrated. Either there's no Bible-preaching, or they dishonor the King James Bible, or they pervert the Gospel, or they support the Devil's New World Order, or they are just playing church like a game, or they hate sinners, or it's just about making money, et cetera. I don't blame people for staying home, or looking for alternative ways to find fellowship with other Christians. People aren't stupid, they know when pastors are phonies who don't care about which Bible is God's Word. God didn't author 300 Bibles!!! Something is very wrong with Bob Jones University (BJU), who are the fountainhead of the corrupt Westcott and Hort false, Alexandrian Greek, translations.

Do you really want to please God? If so, then join the good fight of faith! END
