For The Father Seeketh Such To Worship Him

John 4:23-24, “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.”

       I love this passage of Scripture. Read it my friend, and be encouraged—God seeks true worshippers to worship Him. That encourages me greatly, knowing that I have something that God wants, that I can give to Him to make Him happy. After all the wonderful, generous and awesome blessings that God has given to me in life, I want to do whatever will cheer God's heart. Did you know that God needs to be worshipped. To “worship” God means to brag on Him for Who He is. To “praise” God is to brag on Him for what He does! Amen! God deserves out constant praise, worship and love. It makes God happy when we fellowship with Him. Revelation 4:11 teaches that all things were created to bring pleasure to God. Revelation 4:11, “Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.” To live to please one's self is a horrible sin. God is seeking true worshippers to worship Him. Are you one of them? Let's look further into this matter, to see what a true worshipper really is.
 

God the Father Seeks True Worshippers

This is an amazing truth in the Scriptures. The Holy Bible specifically calls them “TRUE WORSHIPPERS,” for there are false worshippers in the world as well. Matthew 15:7-9, “Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying, This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.” Just as in Christ's time, the world's churches are filled with insincere people—FALSE WORSHIPPERS—who attend weekly mass, partake of the sacraments, go through the motions, put their hands in the air, enjoying the emotional experience they get from singing contemporary worldly music in the churches. They honor God superficially with their MOUTH, but their HEART is far from Him. This is because their HEART is far from THE TRUTH, and most religious people are not indwelt with the Holy Spirit of God, which means they cannot truly worship God the Father (Who is a Spirit).

The world is filled with vain religious people—who post pictures of their family in their little work area at the job, and hang a Scripture verse on the wall, and have a quote about love on their desk, and speak of a shallow faith in their conversations—but they couldn't care less about THE TRUTH. The reason why is because if some superficial form of love is absent, hatred is ugly and visible; So people have been taught to love, love, love. However, if the truth is neglected and absent, the consequences won't be realized until it's too late in eternity. This truth is evidenced by Luke 13:23-24, “Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them, Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.” The unsaved religious world is filled with sincere people who speak of faith, love and forgiveness; but they are all on a HIGHWAY TO HELL in their false religion, “BECAUSE THEY RECEIVED NOT THE LOVE OF THE TRUTH” (2nd Thessalonians 2:10).

I'm talking about the satanic cult of Seventh-day Adventism. The world is filled with beautiful people, accomplished musicians and talented folks, who are all ecumenical (supportive of all religious faiths) and are not TRUE WORSHIPPERS of God. Most of them have a shallow “FORM OF GODLINESS,” but DENY THE “POWER” OF THE GOSPEL (i.e., they are not saved). 2nd Timothy 3:5a, “Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof...” Romans 1:16, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.” Over 99% of the religious world speak of faith and love, attend church, pray, tithe, and have an outward form of godliness; but they are hellbound in their sins, having never been born-again by the saving-power of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Devil is a subtle deceiver. Satan's greatest weapon is to con people into living the Christian life without ever being born-again!!!

Very few people care about THE TRUTH. To be a TRUE WORSHIPPER of God, you must do it in truth. God cannot be worshipped by Seventh-day Adventists, because they have a perverted plan of salvation that requires turning away from sinful behavior to be saved. Literally, SDA's teach Lordship Salvation!!! There are many Roman Catholics who are good people, sincerely love God, and do many good works; but they are as lost as the Devil, trusting in their religion to get them to Heaven. They are worshipping God in vain. Mark 7:7, “Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.” My website ministry OFFENDS many people, because I preach THE TRUTH!!!

There are even many Independent Baptist Churches today who WORSHIP GOD IN VAIN—teaching from satanic counterfeit Bible versions, and preaching a false Gospel that says God won't save people unless they cease from sinful behavior. Since they are not worshipping God in THE TRUTH, they are worshipping God in vain. The music in such churches is superb, and the tears flow in emotional response to the music, and church members meet in monthly Watchcare cell groups in member homes, BUT IT'S ALL IN VAIN WITHOUT THE TRUTH!!! God isn't just seeking people to worship Him; but rather, born-again Christians who care about THE TRUTH, and worship Him in doctrinal TRUTH, and sing to Him with lyrics that are TRUE, and use a TRUTHFUL Bible. May I say, the King James Bible is not a “version,” it is God's inspired, holy, Word. Churches that use corrupted Bibles, and teach a corrupted Gospel, are not TRUE WORSHIPPERS of the Father. They are worshipping God in vain, teaching for commandments the heresy of men.
 

True Worshippers Are Truth Seekers

Our text passage of Scripture says in John 4:23-24, “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” It is very easy to read over these Scriptures and fail to comprehend what God is saying, and fail to make the connection and application. Let me help you. The plethora of satanic Bible versions in the churches today are corrupted, so they are NOT TRUTH. How can you worship God from a corrupted Bible that attacks the deity of Christ, removes the Godhead, diminishes the preeminence of Christ, and changes “the simplicity that is in Christ” (2nd Corinthians 11:3-4) into a works-based plan of turning away from sinful living to be saved. This is heresy, not TRUTH.

How can today's 320,000 churches in America worship God, when they are using the counterfeit satanic Bible versions? How can they worship God the Father, while teaching the satanic heresy of Lordship Salvation? One of Satan's biggest lies circulating in churches today is the false teaching that a person must “turn away from sinful behavior” to be saved. Pacific Garden Mission's UNSHACKLED radio programs regularly teach that in order to be saved, a person must REPENT from their sinful ways, which is wrong. Biblical repentance means something entirely different.

No one is a true worshipper in the Roman Catholic religion, where statues are bowed and prayed to daily. No one is a true worshipper who read and studies from these new corrupted Bible versions, which remove the word “BEGOTTEN” from John 3:16, attacking the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus is not the ONLY Son of God, for every believer is an “adopted” son of God (John 1:12). Jesus is the ONLY BEGOTTEN Son of God, which makes Him God also. Literally, Jesus came into the world as God's ONLY biological child. God the Father is Jesus' biological Father which means that Jesus has God's untainted blood flowing through His veins. This is why we read in Acts 20:28, “Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.” Did you see that awesome truth? The Bible says that: GOD PURCHASED THE CHURCH WITH HIS OWN BLOOD! Whew! That's great stuff!!!
 

True Worshippers Believe & Teach Only, “the Simplicity That is In Christ” (the Gospel)

Being saved is very easy. Salvation happens when a person acknowledges their sinnership, coming to God on the basis of being a hell-deserving sinner, and BELIEVES the Gospel. The “Gospel” is defined in 1st Corinthians 15:1-4 as three things: Christ DIED on the cross for our sins; He was BURIED; and thirdly, Jesus RESURRECTED from the dead three days later for our justification. If that's your only hope for eternal life, then you are saved my friend. We are saved by BELIEVING. If you've never received Jesus as you personal Savior, please do so now. John 1:12, “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.”

But you ask, “What about repentance? Don't I have to stop living in deliberate sin to be saved?” No, turning away from sins to be saved is one of the biggest lies of Satan, which has caused millions of people to go to Hell forever. You cannot show me even one verse from the Bible that says to “turn from sin” or “repent from sin” to be saved. Romans 3:19 teaches that the PURPOSE of God's Law (i.e., the Ten Commandments) is to show man his sinful condition when compared, so that “ALL THE WORLD MAY BECOME GUILTY BEFORE GOD” (Romans 3:19b). And then when men see their guilty condition, they REPENT (i.e., change their mind), and BELIEVE the Gospel to be saved. This is exactly what Galatians 3:24-26 teaches.

This is what Romans 10:3-4 teaches... “Christ is the END OF THE LAW, TO THEM THAT BELIEVE.” Oh friend, have you been deceived? The Devil has crept into most of the churches today with a false repentance that gives men religion without the new birth in Christ Jesus. Eternal life is a free “GIFT,” which does not impose any obligations upon the recipient to forsake the sinful world, cease from sinful behavior, surrender all to Christ, declare “Jesus as Lord,” and confess Him before men. These are all “WORKS,” which are prohibited in God's plan of salvation. That's why it is called “THE SIMPLICITY THAT IS IN CHRIST” (2nd Corinthians 11:3-4). The biggest culprit, the most satanic source of these false doctrines, is the new counterfeit modern Bible versions which the churches have embraced wholeheartedly. Most religious churchgoers today are as naive cattle headed into the slaughterhouse.

When you hear a man preaching from the modern corrupt Bible versions, which all originate with the occult and Luciferian members of secret societies, you know something is very wrong.
 

False Worshippers Use and Promote the Modern Counterfeit Bible Versions

Pacific Garden Mission's UNSHACKLED is really unbiblical sometimes. In episode #3187, the story of Henry Christian, he says to his mother toward the end of the program:

“I'm saved mom, I gave my life to Jesus Christ... Jesus will change your life too. Please, think about giving your life to Christ... Mom, if you put your trust in Jesus for salvation, He'll lead your life.”

That is ANOTHER GOSPEL!!! Being saved doesn't mean having your life changed! It certainly doesn't mean giving your life to Jesus! Being saved doesn't mean letting Jesus lead your life!

As Pastor Curtis Hutson says, “You don't get better to get saved, you get saved to get better.” But growth in grace takes time, as a new believer nurtures on the milk of the Word (1st Peter 2:2).   

UNSHACKLED may all sound really good, but it is NOT the Gospel. PGM is wrongly mixing discipleship with salvation. Nearly all of the UNSHACKLED episodes that I've listened to, automatically conclude that receiving the free gift of God mandates: following Christ, being led by Christ, turning away from sinful behavior, surrendering your life to serve God, forsaking the world and being completely transformed; yet, none of these are required to be saved. Pacific Garden Mission teaches Lordship Salvation, which is Calvinism, a false doctrine of devils.
 

Why Do I Criticize A Helpful Place Like Pacific Garden Mission?

Why do I criticize some of PGM's UNSHACKLED programs? Kindly, because I LOVE THEM IN THE LORD!!! I care! I care about the truth. Preaching the Gospel correctly is 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 times more important then feeding, clothing and medicating every homeless person in the world for the rest of their life!!!!!!! If you're wrong on repentance, then you're wrong on salvation, and if you're wrong on salvation then you're going to Hell.

I criticize anyone who tampers with the Gospel. PGM's UNSHACKLED radio series strongly promotes Lordship Salvation, which is “ANOTHER GOSPEL.” Since UNSHACKLED broadcasts are heard around the world, Christians need to compare what they are teaching with the holy Scriptures. The Devil is attacking the churches today. If I were the Devil, I would cleverly do exactly what he has done over the past century, which is to change the Bible, and in so doing change what it means to repent to be saved. It is not a mere coincidence that the New International Version (NIV) has been the most popular H.I.V. Bible version since 1984 in America's churches!!! And get this (which ought to horrify any Christian who loves and honors the Lord Jesus Christ and His Holy Word)—the Committee On Biblical Translation (CBT) changed the context between the NIV 2011, as compared to the NIV 1984, by 38.8%!!! Yeah, check it out!
 

Beware of UNSHAKCLED's Heresy On Repentance

I hate to criticize UNSHACKLED, God knows my heart, because they have a great opportunity to help others; but if they're not preaching the Gospel correctly, then it is a big problem. UNSHACKLED doesn't explain to listeners that “turning away from sins” is not essential to be saved. In fact, they teach just the opposite, that it is required!!! In episode #2941, the story of Stephanie, a former prostitute, she says to her husband:

“A week ago I repented of my sins, prayed, and asked Jesus to come into my heart and be my Savior. And, Oh Luke, He did, I'm born-again. The next morning I felt like a new person. Everything is different to me—the children, you, even the outside world. ... He's also taken away desire for drugs, alcohol, and the attention for other men. It's a miracle! I've lived with that need all my life, I wonder where it went. ... Jesus has set me free!”

That may sound good, but it is totally unbiblical. When you get saved, you don't change one bit! The Bible plainly teaches in Romans 12:2 that a believer's mind must be RENEWED in order to be transformed. There is a growth in grace process that is necessary (1st Peter 2:2), just as a human baby needs to grow into maturity. The false notion that a person who is addicted to sex, drugs or anything else is instantly recovered the moment they believe the Gospel is ludicrous!!!

When you get saved, the Holy Spirit comes in to indwell you. That is, to live inside your body (1st Corinthians 3:16-17). When a person gets saved, that person's spiritual understanding is opened, all things become new, and they can now begin to grow in the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ (2nd Corinthians 5:17; 1st Corinthians 2:14-16). Whatever addictions that person may be struggling with are STILL PRESENT, and they need help and time to recover. I once heard an unsaved man, who was a chronic tobacco smoker, say that he never smoked another cigarette again when his son asked him if he was going to die because of smoking. Although such stories are not uncommon, they are much less frequent than stories of people who cannot kick their addictions. Pacific Garden Mission is propagating “ANOTHER GOSPEL” by requiring people to “turn away from their sins” to receive the free gift of eternal life.

We learned in Romans 3:19 that the PURPOSE of God's Law is to shew men their SINNERSHIP! God's Law is a measuring-stick of a sort, by which when men compare themselves, they don't stack up. No one ever has stacked up perfectly, except Jesus Christ, the sinless only begotten Son of God. All men fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). Thus, if we have repented (i.e., changed our mind), then we now see our self as a hopeless, hellbound, sinner, in desperate need of the precious Savior; and by BELIEVING THE “GOSPEL” (i.e., Christ's death on the cross for our sins, His burial, and bodily resurrection three days later) we are eternally saved.

Once saved, we have eternal life that cannot be taken away for any reason, not by God, not by angels, not by Satan, not by man, not by any force in this universe. God has so promised it. Titus 1:2, “In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began.” We don't hope for eternal life; but rather, We have the hope of eternal life!!! Amen and amen!

The eternal life which the Bible offers is a free gift (Ephesians 2:8-10), that you simply BELIEVE the Gospel to obtain (Mark 1:15; Romans 1:16). The only “repentance” that is required for salvation is that a person see them self as a guilty sinner in God's eyes. That “change of mind” is what compels us to BELIEVE THE GOSPEL to be saved. We are saved by BELIEVING, not by REPENTING (changing our mind); but if we didn't REPENT (change our mind), then we would never BELIEVE. Thus, we don't repent (turn from sin) AND believe; but rather, we repent (change our mind) TO believe. Do you see the difference? The latter is Biblical salvation, but the former is Ray Comfort's false plan of salvation. The latter defines repentance as “a change of mind” TO believe the Gospel; Whereas, the former wrongly defines repentance as turning away from your sins as a mandatory prerequisite AND believe the Gospel.

The Father cannot be worshipped in heresy. All of the apostate churches who have embraced Lordship Salvation are playing church, worshipping God in vain!!!
 

What is True Biblical Repentance To Be Saved?

I don't just pick on PGM. I also expose The Salvation Army for their heresy on Salvation too. There is nothing more important than the Gospel. The Devil is redefining what it means to “REPENT” and; consequently, what it means to be saved altogether. A wrong type of repentance that requires men to turn away from sinful behavior to be saved is nothing more than glorified reformation!!! That is polished false religion, the fruitless works of Cain, picking up sticks on the Sabbath Day, Another Gospel, and a sure way to go to Hell when you die.

Here is the correct meaning of repentance! And to clarify, repentance is absolutely necessary for anyone to be saved. No one ever got saved who refused to repent. Let's see what it means to “repent.” The Bible teaches in Romans 3:19 that the PURPOSE of God's Law is to show men their sinnership, by which when all men are compared, they see themselves as guilty sinners, so that “ALL THE WHOLE WORLD MAY BECOME GUILTY BEFORE GOD! Thus, when a man REPENTS (i.e., changes his mind) to agree with God's Law that he is a guilty sinner, and BELIEVES THE GOSPEL, he is saved securely, immediately, permanently and forever. Eternal life is a free gift that you cannot earn (Romans 5:25; 6:23). A “gift” can only be accepted, never to be taken back or returned. The manner in which we live has absolutely NOTHING to do with the security and status of our salvation.

Repentance is “a change of mind,” not a change of lifestyle (or deathstyle). The temptation is great to require sinners to amend their ways (or transform), as a prerequisite to be saved, but that is unbiblical. How can eternal life still be a “free gift” if a person must turn away from their sinful behavior to be saved? That is reformation, not salvation. Salvation is a gift, not a reward. I'm amazed how woefully ignorant so many pastors are in churches today, in view of the plain teachings of the Scriptures. Romans 4:5, “But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.” As you just read, a man is saved solely by faith. Forsaking sinful ways is religion, not Christianity. I am not sanctioning sinful living, God forbid (Romans 3:31). But whatever changes God expects from one of His children after they get saved, He will attend to that, guaranteed (Hebrews 12:6-8). No believer has God's permission to continue in sin, but that is entirely a matter of DISCIPLESHIP, and not SALVATION. Eternal life is a free gift, which means you can just receive it freely, without obligation.
 

Evangelist Ray Comfort's Heresy On Repentance

As I will show you in the following quote, Evangelist Ray Comfort says no one is “safe just because Jesus died on the cross.” According to Mr. Comfort, believing the Gospel is ineffective to save anyone unless there has also been “repentance,” which he errantly understands to mean ceasing from willful sinful behavior, forsaking the world, surrendering to Christ's will, declaring “Jesus as Lord,” and confessing Him before men. These things are all DEAD WORKS, which are excluded from adding to the Gospel.

Evangelist Ray Comfort errantly teaches in his publication titled, “THE EVIDENCE BIBLE”:

“The forgiveness that is in Jesus Christ is conditional upon ‘repentance towards God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ’ (Acts 20:21). It is a gift that God offers to everyone, but individuals must receive it by repenting and trusting in Christ, or they will remain dead in their sins. No one has Biblical grounds to continue in sin, assuming that they are safe just because Jesus died on the cross. See 1 John 3:4-6.” [Emphasis added]

This is just so horrible! Ray Comfort teaches that God won't save a man unless he first turns away from sinful behavior and lifelong sinful bad habits! This certainly must include the sin of smoking cigarettes, which defile the body with cancer (1st Corinthians 3:16-17). This absolutely must include the sin of gossip, which destroys the lives of others (Proverbs 11:9). Mr. Comfort includes the sins of lust and telling lies, saying that professed believers who commit them are not going to Heaven.

Respectfully, Ray Comfort is very wrong!!! Mr. Comfort says that the forgiveness available through faith in Jesus Christ is CONDITIONAL—conditional upon turning away from sinful bad habits, forsaking the world, and ceasing from willful wickedness. Mr. Comfort further states: “No one has Biblical grounds to continue in sin, assuming that they are safe just because Jesus died on the cross.” This is ANOTHER GOSPEL, which the Apostles did not teach! Ray Comfort's false Gospel requires forsaking sinful behavior to be saved, which is religious reformation.

On page 1197 of “THE EVIDENCE BIBLE,” Ray Comfort wrongly comments on Matthew 7:22-23...

“These are perhaps the most frightening verses in the Bible. Vast multitudes of professing Christians fit into the category spoken of here. They call Jesus 'Lord,' but they practice lawlessness. They profess faith in Jesus, but have no regard for the divine law. They tell 'fibs' or 'white' lies, take things that belong to others, have a roaming eye for the opposite sex, etc. They are liars, thieves, and adulterers at heart, who will be cast from the gates of heaven into the jaws of hell.”

Ladies and gentleman, Ray Comfort is teaching works salvation! Mr. Comfort wrongly recognizes “repentance” as a separate act from believing, which requires a person to “turn away” from sinful behavior and “clean up their act” so-to-speak. This is human effort, which are “works” for salvation. This is the sin of Cain, who tried to impress God with human effort.

This is the sin of the Hebrew man in the Old Testament who gathered sticks on the Sabbath Day, which pictured adding “works” to faith alone in Jesus Christ. The Sabbath pictured Christ, in Whom we completely rest for salvation (Hebrews 4:10-11). To gather firewood on the Sabbath Day symbolizes adding works to faith, which is why God ordered Moses to execute the man. Adding human effort to the Gospel is a grave, deadly and unforgivable sin if you die trusting in it (Matthew 7:21-23; Luke 13:23-24).

According to what we just read by Ray Comfort, every believer who willingly allows intentional sin in their life won't be allowed into Heaven. Mr. Comfort is teaching that you cannot get to Heaven unless you try really hard to stop sinning. This is a works-based mindset and a false Gospel. I have no doubt that Mr. Comfort is sincere, but he is very wrong about repentance.

Ray Comfort has a wrong understanding of what it means to “repent.” He says FAITH ALONE in Christ is insufficient to save anyone:

If belief is all that is necessary for salvation, then the logical conclusion is that one need never repent. However, the Bible tells us that a false convert “believes” and yet is not saved (Luke 8:13); he remains a “worker of iniquity.” [emphasis added]

Ray Comfort wrests Luke 8:13, corrupting its true meaning. Jesus plainly tells us in Luke 8:11 that the “seeds” in The Parable Of The Seeds in Luke 8:11-15, is the Word of God. There are four groups of people. Ray Comfort teaches that the second group were saved, i.e., they believed, but then lost their salvation because they were “workers of iniquity.” This is all wrong! Salvation can never be lost, for any reason. Even if you try to give the gift of eternal life back, it is IMPOSSIBLE!!! It is impossible to return into the womb from which you came. You can take your own life foolishly, but you cannot be unborn. Likewise, you cannot undo what God has miraculously wrought (John 1:12-14). This parable has nothing to do with salvation, evidenced by verse 15, which teaches us that God's goal for every believer is to mature to perfection, so that they'll bear much fruit through soul-winning.

Here's THE TRUTH. There are four groups of seeds in Luke 8:12-15:

(1) UNSAVED - The first group of seeds fell upon stony ground. The Devil came along and took up the seeds. So there was no root, and no germination, no birth. This is the unsaved man, who hears the Gospel, but Satan hinders him from being born-again. This group is headed for Hell in their sins and unbelief.

(2) SAVED: NO CONVERTS - The second group of seeds fell on shallow ground. They sprang roots and began to grow. This evidences that they were saved. They were born-again. They believed the Gospel. But when persecution came, because they're roots were so shallow, they blew up. They quit. These are the immature believers who aren't willing to be ridiculed, laughed at, persecuted, and rejected by their worldly friends and family for their Christian faith. They never mature to bear any fruit. That is, they never become a soulwinner.

(3) SAVED: NO CONVERTS - The third group of seeds fell upon thorny ground, with weeds. The seeds germinated, sprang into new life and began to grow. So this group is also saved, born-again. They believed the Gospel. But as they grew, they were choked by the cares, riches and pleasures of this world, preventing them from maturing, and so they never become a soulwinner. This by far describes most Christians today. It is not necessarily sinful things that distract them; but rather, good things that sidetrack them from the things of Jesus Christ. They are so distracted living this temporary earthly life, that they do not think about eternity, and so they waste each day by doing nothing for the Kingdom of Heaven's sake, Jesus' and the Gospel's.

(4) SAVED: MANY CONVERTS - Ah, this is the group that pleases God. The Bible says in Luke 8:15 that they have “an honest and good heart.” These seeds sprouted into new life, that is, they got saved. They grew untangled by the world. They grew strong roots by abiding in the Word of God and prayer, walking with God. They matured and became soulwinners, preaching the Gospel, and many people get saved. Of course, God saves them (1st Corinthians 3:6), but the Holy Spirit works through us to get the Gospel to them (Romans 10:14-15).

So, Ray Comfort misinterprets and misapplies this Scripture passage in a foolish attempt to prove that believers can lose their salvation, if they continue in sinful behavior (which he falsely views as “repentance” for salvation). It is very obvious that Mr. Comfort is a false Bible teacher, although well-meaning no doubt. Ray Comfort errantly recognizes “repentance” as a separate step from belief. However, Biblically repentance and faith happen together, at the same time. You don't repent of your sins first and then believe, as Ray Comfort sees it. Rather, you realize that you cannot save yourself as a woeful sinner and you receive Christ's sacrifice on the cross as complete payment for your sins, believing that He raised up from the dead after three days. That's the Gospel (1st Corinthians 15:1-4). Thus, we see that a man repents TO believe; he does not repent AND believe.
 

God Alone is Worthy of Man's Worship

The Biblical idea of “worship” comes from the idea of a dog humbling himself before his master, licking his hand. If you've ever owned a dog, then you know the special bond that exists between every dog and his owner. I believe God gave us dogs (which interestingly is “God” spelled backward) to teach us how we should be before God, which is, humble and loving. A man's two best friends in life are his God and his dog! No offense ladies! There is no pride in a dog, only love for its master. You can kick a dog (which no one should do) and he'll crawl back to you in love and submission, wanting to be loved. Just don't turn your back on your steak on the table... lol!

ABOVE: The empty sycophantic fake worship which is happening worldwide! Jesus said in John 4:24 that God the Father seeks “TRUE WORSHIPPERS,” who worship Him in spirit and truth. That means you absolutely must be a born-again Christian; and you must have God's inspired Holy Word, which is the King James Bible. Worship without truth is false religion.

God alone is worthy of worship, and He is a jealous God, unwilling to share praises due only to Him with others. Isaiah 42:8, “I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.” Exodus 34:14, “For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.” This is one of the reasons why we KNOW that Jesus is almighty God, because the Father is willing to share His glory, honor, worship and praise with His only begotten Son. Revelation 5:12, “Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.”

Oh friend, are you a “TRUE WORSHIPPER”? I noticed an Independent Baptist church sign not too long ago which read: “Helping People Develop A Heart For God.” It's too bad that they aren't concerned about THE TRUTH, because the Bible says you cannot be a TRUE WORSHIPPER of the heavenly Father without THE TRUTH...

You cannot worship God as He desires, using corrupted satanic Bible versions (which remove the Godhead, pervert the meaning of “repentance,” attack Christ's deity, and remove the doctrine of Lucifer).

You cannot worship God as He desires, by preaching a false Gospel of Lordship Salvation (which adds the unbiblical requirement to cease from sinful behavior to be saved).

You cannot worship God as He desires, while promoting false prophets like John MacArthur (who heretically denies that Christ's blood is on the heavenly Mercy Seat, foolishly says children cannot be saved, and wrongly teaches that it will cost you everything to be saved).

Does THE TRUTH matter to you friend? America's churches are filled with religious zealots, who worship God in vain.  Matthew 15:7-9, “Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying, This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.” Have you been worshipping God in vain? “Vain” means empty, a false pride, unproductive of success; hence, you're totally wasting your time, and your most earnest worship means absolutely NOTHING to God. You have a false hope!!!

Oh how I wish that I could wake-up so many religious leaders and churchgoers! I pray to God, earnestly, that His Holy Spirit would convict people's hearts, as I preach THE TRUTH. What we believe does matter! What we sing at church does matter! The lyrics are important. Today's worldly Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) is so vague, lame and ecumenical that it really says nothing of any spiritual significance. All of the dead, monotone, weak-kneed, sermonettes, that people hear on religious radio say nothing! They lack substance! They lack testicles! They lack umph! They lack fire!!! Preaching is TRUTH set on fire!!!!!!!

Bless God, we need some Al Pacino (“Scarface”) kind of preachers in America today—tough, rugged, uncompromising, manly, in your face, this is the way it is: like it or  lump it!!! We need tough preachers for a tough generation of hardened sinners!!! The wimpy Joel Osteens aren't going to bring repentance to our nation. The show-boats, pretty-boys, and affluent ministerial associations aren't getting the job done for God. The golf-club preachers across the United States are the problem—a disgrace to the community, Christianity, and our nation! Our preacher's seminaries are preacher's CEMETERIES!!!

God deliver us from this sissified generation of Caspar Milquetoast, pink-tea-and-lemonade, soft-soapin', sissy-britches-wearing, ear-ticklin', back-scratchin', yellowbellied, Clark Kent, pantywaist, compromising, pussyfootin', unmanly, lazy-boy preachers who can't preach their way out of a paperbag! God give us some leather-lunged, barn-stormin', window-rattlin', shingle-pullin', truth-loving, uncompromising, manly, hell-fire and damnation PREACHERS!!! America needs PREACHING PREACHERS!!! The reason why men don't preach anymore is because they're being mentored by apostates, false teachers, heretics, sissies and old fuddy-duddy professors. JUST GIVE ME THE KING JAMES BIBLE!!! God is the preacher's mentor! We'd have a lot more TRUE WORSHIPPERS in America if we had a lot more TRUE BIBLES, TRUE CHRISTIANS, TRUE CHURCHES and TRUE PREACHERS!!!
