There is a controversial book being sold today titled, “BORN
THAT WAY AFTER ALL,” by Dr. David “Johnny” Nixon. The book has caused
quite a stir in Baptist churches across America. The basic premise of the
book is that God intentionally creates millions of people (both male and
female) without natural attraction for the opposite sex, which the author
claims are the “eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb”
mentioned in Matthew 19:12 of the Holy Bible.
The core of this matter is that Dr. Nixon claims God creates soul eunuchs, but who still have a regular normal working body. That is bizarre. I believe that God only creates physical eunuchs, i.e., born without properly developed private parts. This is what Matthew 19:12 refers to. There are no soul eunuchs!!! If a woman is born physically healthy, with working reproductive organs, then 1st Timothy 5:14-15 applies, “I will therefore that the younger women marry, bear children, guide the house, give none occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully. For some are already turned aside after Satan.”
Kindly, I have some serious problems with Dr. Nixon's teachings. You can listen to Dr. Nixon present his thesis in this lengthy article, two part MP3 sermon and following question/answer session. During the preceding question/answer session, Dr. Nixon claims that he believes (guesses) 99% of all gays are really “eunuchs.” He also explains that he thinks (guesses) those 99% of gays DIDN'T follow the downward progression in Romans chapter one. Also, please read my article: The 'Born That Way After All' Issue. Effectively, Johnny Nixon is claiming that God creates “soul eunuchs” (that's my term), but these are not physical eunuchs! These soul eunuchs still have healthy working reproductive organs to mate. This is bizarre!
Effectively, Dr. Nixon clearly teaches that he believes there are two different paths by which people become homosexuals:
- Those who follow a progressive rebellion against God into a lifestyle of homosexuality.
- Those who were created eunuchs, struggled with their sexual identity, but due to lack of truth were “pushed” into the homosexual movement.
I have a serious issue with the unbiblical claim that there are two different ways a person becomes a homosexual. There's NOTHING in the Word of God which teaches that there are two different, separate, PATHS into the homosexual deathstyle. I believe it is dangerous for Dr. Nixon to claim that 99% of homosexuals today are in group two, that is, born to be “eunuchs.” That is strange doctrine. Hebrews 13:9a, “Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines...” Tragically, Dr. Bob Gray Sr., Pastor Jeff Owens, S.M. Davis and numerous other ministers are promoting this heresy. It is a problem, because anything that softens the awfulness of the homosexual agenda is detrimental to the churches.
In 1942, Dr. Bob Jones Sr. wisely said:
Men talk much of tolerance. The world is not suffering from intolerance. We are suffering from tolerance. We tolerate most anything. There was a time when women who had bad names were put out of society, but that isn't true today. We talk about the mantle of charity which we throw around the shoulders of fallen people. It isn't charity. It is a tolerance of evil. Sin doesn't look as black as it used to look. Men are wondering if there is after all such a thing as sin. Many people have ceased to believe in Hell. That is because they don't believe in sin. Sin always produces hell. No; we are not suffering from intolerance. We should love sinners, but hate the sin. It is all right to love gamblers, but we ought to hate gambling. We should love drunken “bums” and pity them, but we should hate the liquor traffic. We should love and pity fallen women, but we should hate their sin.

Fifty years ago homosexuality was treated as a mental disorder. Still today, every behavioral problem in a child is treated as a psychological disorder except homosexuality. Here's some information of child pyromaniacs. So why all of a sudden in recent decades, has homosexuality been treated differently, now treated as normal and acceptable behavior? Man is always changing from bad to worse, but our holy God and His Word never change!!! If your child is confused, the best thing you can do is get your child away from television, Walt Disney, secular perverse music, public school and other worldly influences that are confusing them. What do you expect from today's youth when they hear garbage from Katy Perry like, “I KISSED A GIRL AND I LIKED IT!” Today's youth have been intentionally confused by the Devil's crowd.

Did God create Cari Stella to be a “eunuch,” as Dr. David Nixon claims? I'm not trying to be unkind, but if someone had cared enough to teach Cari the Word of God, and genuinely cared about her, she wouldn't be in this mess! Did God Create Homosexuals?
Question: I have heard gay and lesbian persons say that God created them that way. Is there anything in the Bible to prove this?
Answer: God has never created someone as a homosexual. They have chosen that perverted lifestyle. In Leviticus 20:13 we read:
"If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: They shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them."
God wanted Israel to be a clean nation, free of this perversion. In Deuteronomy 22:5 we are told:
"The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman‟s garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the Lord thy God."
This is God‘s opinion of the "cross dressing" Hollywood takes so much delight in.
Asa, king of Judah, did God‘s will in 1 Kings 15:11,12...
"And Asa did that which was right in the eyes of the Lord...and he took away the sodomites out of the land..."
In the New Testament we are warned in Romans 1:26-28...
"...for even the women did change the natural use (man & wife) into that (woman with woman) which is against nature (the way they were created) (26): and likewise also the man leaving the natural use of the woman (husband & wife) burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly (Unbelievable!) (27)...and even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind to do those things which are not convenient (28)."
Read the rest of Romans 1 and you will see that God does not condone homosexual behavior of any kind, and would not have created anyone that way. Here is God's opinion of those actions.
1. God destroyed Sodom. The city was completely taken over by homosexuals. In Genesis 19:4 they completely surrounded Lot‘s home, and in Verse 5 they wanted the men to come out "That we may know them." This was not just a casual hand shake; but, "know" in a carnal way. In Verse 7 Lot said, "...Do not so wickedly." Their perversion was wicked. In Luke 17:29, God "rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all." This is God's opinion of homosexuality!
2. In the Old Testament, the homosexuals were to be put to death; as God knew how they would corrupt society and pervert a nation against God. (Leviticus 20:13). Even some high schools have "Opposite Sex Day" where boys can dress up as girls and girls like boys, and ignore God's Word in Deuteronomy 22:5. All with the blessings of the teachers and staff.
3. The Lesbian. In Romans 1:26 God describes their activities and calls them "vile."
"For this cause God gave them up unto vile (wicked or evil) affections: for even their women did change the natural use (wife and mother) into that which is against nature."
4. The Homosexual. In Romans 1:27 God says,
"And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman (being a husband and father), BURNED IN THEIR LUST one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly and receiving in themselves that recompense of THEIR ERROR which was meet."
In Romans 1:27c is a chilling description of consequences for those who practice these perversions. "...receiving in themselves that recompense (Aids?) of THEIR ERROR which was meet."
In Verse 28 God says they have a reprobate mind.
5. 1 Kings 15:11,12 describes Asa, king of Judah, who "...did that which was right in the eyes of the Lord...and he took away the Sodomites out of the land."
6. Many years later the Sodomites had infiltrated Judah again. King Josiah took action to bring the nation back to worshipping the Lord. In 2 Kings 23:7,
"And he (Josiah) brake down the houses of the Sodomites that were by the house of the Lord..."
7. In Corinth some were saved by trusting Jesus Christ as their Savior. In 1 Corinthians 6:9, "effeminate" is pertaining to homosexuals and lesbians. In Verse 11 we are told,
"And such were some of you; but ye are washed; but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and by the Spirit of our God:"
8. We are to witness to the homosexuals. Christ died for them, too; so they could have eternal life. But, the Christian is not to be brainwashed into condoning their lifestyle. More and more, we are hearing the testimonies of homosexuals who have trusted Christ and denounced their past ways as nothing more than perversion. Remember—God created Adam and Eve—not Adam and Harry!

Clearly, Dr. David Nixon is teaching a doctrine that goes totally contrary to the Scriptures. Romans 1:27 says that homosexuality is 100% “AGAINST NATURE.” For Dr. Nixon to claim that God creates eunuchs, who lack natural attraction for the opposite sex, but still have healthy reproductive organs, goes totally contrary to common sense and the Word of God.
Even more strange is that Dr. Nixon claims 99% of homosexuals today, didn't follow the Romans one downward progression away from God; but rather, they are “eunuchs” who haven't been told the truth from Matthew 19:12. It appears to me, that Dr. Nixon loves sinners so much that he has gone to unbiblical extremes to reach them, fabricating a new and strange doctrine that portrays them as victims of the ignorance of the Church. I totally disagree with such an indictment. If anything, the Church has failed to preach uncompromisingly against sin, and to take an unapologetic stand for God against the homosexual agenda.
My friend, it is no coincidence that God
mentions the Gospel first, before He explains the downward spiral of
a man. Most preachers talk about the downward progression of an unrepentant
sinner in Romans chapter one, while failing to realize that it all begins
with rejecting the grace of God, which is the gift of His dear Son. Jesus
Christ died on the cross for our sins. He was buried. Three days later,
Christ bodily resurrected (1st Corinthians 15:1-6). This is the Gospel [Good
News] by which we are saved, if we believe it. 
Dr. David “Johnny” Nixon says we ought not use
disparaging terms; such as, homosexual, sodomite, fags, queers,
heterosexual, queerbait or straight. Then pray tell me, what terms are left
to use? Eunuchs? Are you kidding?
